LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Wellington makes the following limited warranty on all of its closets to the owner of the home in which the closet organizer was sold.

Wellington will assume 100% of the cost to replace defective parts and materials or parts that arrive damaged in transit for as long as you own your home.

This Warranty does not cover physical abuse, misuse or neglect, fire, flood, lightening, tornado, hurricane, or other acts of God, normal wear, stress resulting from over loading, or other causes or occurrences beyond our control and unrelated to the manufacturing process.

The scope of this Warranty is based on the fact the product has been installed correctly according to our installation procedures.

The sole responsibility of Wellington under this warranty is stated herein, and it shall not be liable for consequential, indirect or incidental damages or for any amount in excess of its price for the original product.

Any request for returns for damaged, defective or unused materials must be made within 30 days of receipt.

In the unlikely event that your order incurs damage during shipping, report the damaged items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment and we will replace any damaged items immediately.
