Materials Used

Closets by Wellington™ takes pride in using the best materials available.

Hang Rail: Made from heavy duty steel and can handle tremendous weight loads when properly attached to a wall.

Shelves: All closet shelving is made from ¾” Melamine, a maintenance-free material that never needs painting or refinishing.

Drawers: Equipped with heavy-duty, full-extension, steel drawer glides (not plastic) for maximum long-term use.

Hanging Rods: We use a round aluminum pole, instead of oval or wood poles commonly used, for hanging closet rods. Load them up; these poles will not bend or break.

Hardware: We’ve eliminated all the plastic pieces traditionally used in assembly. A perfect example is the cam locks. Instead of using plastic cam locks that are prone to breaking, we use a nickel cam lock that can support more weight and will never pull out of the melamine shelving.

Wellington has been in the manufacturing business since 1980 and the one thing that we value more than anything is to provide the highest quality product from the start so that the customer can see the added value we instill in our product. We are proud of our product and believe we can remain price competitive without sacrificing quality.
